Alessandra Mendiola began her studies in Olympic gymnastics and theater until dance became her professional career. She began her studies at the Escuela Superior de Musica y Danza de Monterrey and later finished her studies at Vassiliev Academy in New York City and was part of the A&A ballet junior company in Chicago.
She currently focuses on fitness and wellness. She is the founder of BALLET COMBAT, her own training method, and she keeps exploring movement while connecting with his body.
