I started dancing at the age of 3 in a small ballet academy. In 2017 and 2019, at the ages of 13 and 15, I participated in the National Children and Youth Ballet Competition. From a very early age I realized that my passion was dancing and I wanted to do it professionally. For that reason, at the age of 15 I applied to Idyllwild Arts Academy, an art boarding school in the United States in search of more complete and professional training. In August 2019 I left and was there until May of this year, graduating. Idyllwild was where I was first introduced to other types of dance such as contemporary, modern dance like Horton and Graham, jazz, hip-hop, as well as continuing my ballet training. During my time there I had the opportunity. I participated twice in the YAGP San Diego (2022, 2023) in the classical and contemporary section. I also participated in several dance festivals such as the Lula Washington Dance Festival and the Palm Springs International Festival (2023). this year and I am currently dancing in a professional ballet company called “Ardentía Compañía de Danza” with which I have danced in different functions and galas.
