Of Peruvian descent, born in the U.S.A. and raised in Mexico, Javier Jara is known in Mexico City’s independent scene for his great musical skills, both on bass and drums.
Both instruments have led him to play in multiple projects, ranging from alternative rock bands to massive pop projects. An example of the latter is the “Nada haces por mí” tour he was a part of with singer Juan Carlos Lozano (Moenia, Morbo).
He is also an actor and TV presenter. He worked for the Telehit music video network for a year hosting a program. He has also appeared in TV series and short films.
