Maja began her studies at the Norwegian Opera Ballet School, and graduated as a classical dancer with the Royal Swedish Ballet School.
She has been part of several companies, such as the Norwegian National Company, and the Peter Schaufuss Ballet in Denmark.
Lately she has been part of the cast of Romeo and Juliet at the Chapultepec Castle and the Helenic Theater (Raúl Tamez/Oscar Ruvalcaba dir. Rodrigo Gonzalez), and is currently part of the Cabaret – Hey Hey Club (the Comedy Club, Mexico City) and the company Nohbords (contemporary dance).
