Sarah de Miranda Pérez is a dancer, model, choreographer and teacher, with over 13 years of experience in classical ballet, a style that characterizes her for her elegance and performance on stage. She graduated from the National Ballet School of Havana, Cuba and was the lead dancer at the ballet of Camaguey, her hometown. Her tenacity and perseverance have led her to play several important roles in the classical, neoclassical and contemporary repertoire, such as Giselle, Carmen, La Fille Mal Gardée, Las Sílgides, Don Quixote, Paquita, Swan lake, Nutcracker, to name a few.
She has stepped onto various stages in countries such as China, Switzerland, Spain and Mexico. She is currently a dancer with the Jalisco Ballet, teacher and choreographer at different arts schools in that city.
She has participated in the XXIII and XXV International Ballet Festival of Havana, in the V International Festival of Mayan Culture and in the North Atlantic Dance contest and Vladimir Malakhov Grand Prix.
She participated in the movie “La Usurpadora el musical” directed by Santiago Limón.
Sarah is a versatile, energetic dancer who always seeks to give her best in everything she does and to continue learning in order to grow as a dancer, person and artist.
