Sofía Mayo is a talented dancer with an outstanding career in styles such as contemporary, jazz, lyrical jazz, urban styles and ballet, disciplines that she has practiced since she was 10 years old. Her dedication and talent have earned her recognition at renowned competitions and conventions, both nationally and internationally, including Jump Dance Convention, Nuvo Dance Convention, Showstoppers and The Dance Revolution.

In addition, she is part of the prestigious Assistant in Training program of Revolt Dance Competition, consolidating her development as an integral artist.

Currently, Sofía is a member of the New Talent company of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, directed by Fanneth Chávez, Oscar Osorno and Ana Karen Rodríguez, where she has stood out in multiple presentations as a soloist, demonstrating her technique, passion and versatility on stage.
