Sol is a dancer and choreographer who loves blending styles and infusing her movement with poetic and dreamlike qualities. In 2024, she won first place for choreography at the 4×4 TJ Night, and in May 2025, she took first place in the musical weapons category with fan choreography at the Pacific Jewell martial arts event in Puerto Vallarta.

She has had the privilege of studying flamenco in Mexico and Spain with internationally acclaimed artists such as Nino de los Reyes, María Juncal, and José Maya. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with several dance companies in Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta, performing at festivals such as Cervantino and Centenario Fest, among others.

Currently, Sol performs with music collectives across the Bahía de Banderas region while continuing to create independent choreographic projects and furthering her artistic training to deepen and enrich her creative expression.
